While we haven't had a chance to update our online portfolio, I wanted to show off one of our latest sites that went live recently: Design Wise Interiors.  The fresh, clean design was inspired by the original logo created by graphic artist, Kim Marra.  Kim and I had a lot of fun working on the design for this site as well as Serena Spell's new business cards.  Bob did an excellent job turning the vision into a working website!  If you are in the Colorado Springs, CO area and in need of an interior designer, be sure to check out Design Wise Interiors owned by Serena Spell.  She's awesome - check out her work in her online galleries!

With the economy the way it is, there is a greater need to get the word out about your business. There’s always a need to get the word out about your business, but there is more of an urgency now. It’s a sad fact that when times get tough and money is tight, the scammers don’t just crawl out of the woodwork – they FLY out of the woodwork!

How much do you pay your best salesperson? How much training and information do you give them to share with your potential customers? How much did you spend on your website? Did you hire a pro or did you just throw something together yourself?
Your website is your hardest working salesperson. It works 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. It never takes a vacation day, never calls in sick. It never spends time playing solitaire, fantasy sports, hanging out on social networking sites. It never wastes time watching videos on YouTube or searching for the perfect mate. It works all the time – never tiring, never having a bad day.
Have you given your website the proper tools to help your potential customers find the information they are looking for? Have you given your website the proper ammunition to blow your competition out of the water? Your website shouldn’t just work – it should work for you!

So you’re serious enough about your business to get serious about your website. Congratulations! Finding the right designer can be like searching for any other type of professional. Here are 10 tips for hiring the right designer.
